On Monday 17 November 2008 the Joint Consortium on Gender Based Violence presented a one day conference exploring how United Nations Security Council Resolution 1325 can address the impact of armed conflict on women and ensure that women are central to conflict prevention, peacekeeping, conflict resolution and peace-building. The Joint Consortium on Gender Based Violence would like to invite offers for a tender to develop a Communications Strategy which should identify what is required for effective functioning of all aspects of the consortium’s communications (internal/external) and identify and agree where responsibility should lie.
